Pick a name and a web address — your site is live immediately.

Set pricing periods, classifications, add-ons, and discount codes. Write your info pages and upload your GPX route.

Registrants sign up and pay
They register, pay, and get a confirmation with their bib number by email — all automatic.
Your money, your account
Registrants pay you. Directly.
Every registration runs through your own connected Stripe account — not ratato's. We never hold your money, so there's no payout schedule to wait on and no platform sitting between you and your funds.
- — Funds settle straight into your Stripe balance, on Stripe's normal payout timing to your bank, same as any other charge you take yourself.
- — Refunds and disputes are yours to handle directly in your own Stripe account — never a support ticket to us.

Pricing
One flat fee. Not a percentage.
No monthly fee, and ratato's own fee doesn't scale with your ticket price — the same flat amount whether a registration costs 20 or 200. Right now we're also running an early-access discount on top of that.
